Yes. Regularly scheduled transportation is provided via our “Tapestry Shuttle”. Transportation and escort to personal appointments and errands is also available.
Yes, unlike some other communities, Tapestry has a nurse on site 24/7. We feel the extra level of staffing is vital given the importance of our mission.
Absolutely. Your Tapestry Suite is unfurnished so please bring your own furnishings.
Yes, Tapestry Springboro participates in the Medicaid Waiver program through the Ohio Department of Aging. We are continually accepting new referrals and applications. However, there are times that the referral and application will need to be on a wait list for availability.
Monthly fees include personalized care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, scheduled activities, and access to all community amenities.
Some services—such as salon visits, guest meals, or personal transportation—may have additional charges. Care levels are assessed individually to determine any extra costs.

Yes, couples are welcome to live together. We offer companion apartment options to accommodate shared living arrangements.
No, Tapestry Springboro currently offers assisted living services only. We do not provide a separate memory care program at this location.
