Caregiving is tough work. The job can be physically and emotionally demanding. Our caregivers work as a tight-knit team, supporting and encouraging each other. Riley Fisher: Resident Assistant / Life Enrichment Bus Driver
Not only is Riley a dedicated resident assistant, she also works part-time in Tapestry’s life enrichment department driving residents to various medical appointments, grocery stores, and fun outings. When the team faced our coordinator leaving permanently for maternity leave, Riley immediately volunteered to bridge the gap. Beyond performing her standard duties, Riley worked additional days and took on additional resident activities. Her initiative ensured that our operations continued smoothly, preventing any missed transportation appointments or cancelation of activities. Riley’s selflessness and dedication to the department’s success truly embodies Tapestry’s spirit of collaboration.
